I think I remember it going on the chill list, back when it slumped to .0001, and the original "owners" bailed ship. But Fidelity was always good back then, when other brokerages were starting to impose steep DTC fees for such buying. I guess Fidelity is just catching up. I just don't have any available monies in my account right now, to buy anything. It would take a verbal call, to find out......Maybe it has to do with the total amount of money in the account, or the account trading "tier".....
