A REGDEX is the form that is submitted for a company to get a 1 million dollar loan that is paid back through shares of stock. IMVHO, that's why the price keeps falling. I'm not trying to bash because I like this company...I'm just afraid we may not be at the bottom yet. Sorry to be the messenger.
