If we got a settlement...we would have the money to purchase a Shell and seek additional licensing deals. I am assuming the Receiver would appoint a temporary board until Shareholders could vote on one. Settlement funds, potential licensing deals and free trading shares would be the best way to maximize Shareholder value.
