You're 100% correct. I see no reason for a company no longer in business, revoked with zero assets to renew any corporations or leases

NMGL issued the restricted and unregistered A & B shares for a divvy that can never be legally issued.

NMGL never had a buyer ( so stated in the FFGO FAQ ) today NMGL has no buyer for the 258 million dollar agreement amount

Today NMGL is on the verge of being revoked or going dark. Forever leaving the share holders in the cold. NMGL has already stated they have NO INTEREST is communicating with any FFGO share holders.

Someone is required to pay the operating cost of maintaining the claims for BGI & SCI. Since FFGO has been gone for 2 years and has no assets .. and NMGL was broke - up until GNCC announced just recently they were loaning NMGL the funds to became current. Who else is involved in this mess
