How are you very sure about that?
I will discount miniscule sr sale for validation to DRAX as any sale.

Other than that, we can only guess the sale will be to Bracco with Sr from DOE, Arronax or INR. We haven't heard from INR after the LOI with them in Feb 11. Hence I will count DOE/Arronax to supply us Sr which we can sell to Bracco.
