Since their are only 278 shareholder of record it is just as easy to retire shares or buy them back. But since they were never bought their is no need to do a R/S. Beside why would NITE and VFIN and those other guys be trading AND BUYING Millions of shares if they even thought a R/S was eminent ? They would not!!
