The fundamental science makes so much sense that I am unable to see anything but eventual success. I don't worry about dilution (in amount reasonably foreseeable) because the problem being solved is so significant, socially and economically. The work on tox is advancing and the path to clinical trials is clear to me. I see no obstacles. Problems, sure, as usual, but nothing that can stop us.
