The plant is up and running,and producing fuel NOW.
Just waiting for certification.
The PPS is cheap--if you want shares--now is the time.
I have been here many years and WAS skeptical-things are FINALLY materializing.
If you do not believe-(simply) don't buy.
Bashing will fool the newbies-not the current shareholders-and we are the BIG buyers.
