Again, the government is driving the country right into the arms of Unintended Consequences. Increase taxes on the rich and you will drive the rich out of the country, resulting in less tax revenue than you garnered at the prior, lower tax rates. We have seen this happen in the past in other places such as France, or even in California for that matter where upon raising corporate taxes too high with the promise that it would generate additional revenues to the state, the corporations simply relocated out-of-state to less expensive venues resulting in less tax dollars collected (and, BTW, California has spent a lot of money and many years trying to woo back those corporate jobs they lost).

I totally fail to understand how it is anything like FAIR to expect the 1% to carry the other 99% on their back by being forced to contribute an exorbitant amount of the money they worked to accumulate when they are, if anything, using less of the services government provides than are the 99% who get it all without working. Fair Share does not equate to what is mine is mine and what is yours is mine. . .
