A call center made a call to an individual who apparently was on the DNC (do not call) List and sold a $795 product using one of my old company names. I received notice and answered the complaint.
$3500.00 not $795.00

Sent a letter 6 months later IMO lieing...
The state was ignorant about it and sent a cease notice. I had already closed the company at that time.
The Civil action letter was sent in June 2012....
My company was blamed for making a call that we never made and for 2 sales that we clearly never made.
Clearly the Atty. General feels Chris DID make the calls hence
the civil action.
So Either this guy is not Chris. Chris is either lieing or
referring to another lawsuit against him. Its 1 of those 3 IMO.
