As a former banker who went on to run my own small real estate company for 30 years I can state with authority almost every business that is credit worthy has and should have an established line of credit. I had one for years and would use it on occasion when a need arose and pay if off in full when the company was flush with cash. They should be looking to establish a line of credit and I expect the next filing will indicate one has been established. Nothing unusual there. As to the overvoting you expected, many folks do not return proxies.
