Near 10% of company shares For Paid Promotions?

Lots of new information posted last night LOL. Oddly enough, I didn’t see any of the longs address the fact that near 10% of the company shares were used to pay for promotions.

Why is this?

Does anyone here know of any Paid Promoters that could have received free trading shares?
