Maybe because the market assumes that a settlement of one kind or another will be reached. ENER finally took $32.25, so I got back in here on a minor retrench at $32.08. In edit, and took another $.45 from BRCM here at $14.75, will take a quarter discount if they give it to me.

In edit and now ALDA is taken out here at $24.42 for $1.61.
