I doubt iHub is concerned with this hollow threat. The penny execs and insiders and promoters know that their "companies" only virtually exist here on the hub, and not in the real world. It is their only real way to consistently reach their target audience of wallets willing to be emptied.

If they leave iHub, they'll be back SPAM-faxing/emailing, and that doesn't work anymore, and gets them in trouble faster.

So iHub doesn't lose any sleep sweating the same penny-ante threats they've heard for years.
