right, only when the float is maxed, the next thing to get an increase is the os and the as. does that not make sense to you? i dont see how the float is irrelevant when the a/s is due for an increase if the float is maxed. and wouldnt you like to know exactly how much they have diluted? Are you disillusioned by the upside so much that you dont care about fundamentals? Lastly, if they are looking to become fully reporting, why not report the current float in q3?
