No IR information at all. And the distinction of GTHI (a private company is not clear at all). Althought the annoucement is shown on the news section as a 'release' it is not a PR. I don't believe it is on any PR news wire...yet. Also is it a release from GTGP the public entity or GTHI the private entity?

I now know why there was never an 8K from GTGP.
