I agree and was thinking the same. Not only has
the Jimster not been shy but I think he's "explained"
several things that should have never been yipped about
to begin with - a bit of rambling if you will.....Especially,
in the last one. ie: Finra chit chat.

Very odd, but sort of predictable too.
The ole' actions speak louder than words is suited
well for the Jimster....Sure has done a lot of speaking.

BTW - Where in the world are those financials?

So... Why didn't Fallacaro issue it as an actual press release? He certainly hasn't been shy about PRs in the past.
