if I were in the cat's bird seat at the company I would do another 1 for 10 Reverse and then there would only be 5,500 shares outstanding and pay every one $4.00 for fractional shares.. That would concentrate control and push Mr. Shorty to the wall.. Yep a 1 for 10 would do the trick.. I think I'll send an E-Mail off to the company.. Any thoughts from the board..???

I bet the new shares would sell above $10.00.. hank
