I say set up a gmail acct (easy to filter and search them also dedicated and will filter out junk) and have the ??? sent there. I can help (or whoever) mine and filter them into concise topics and then present them to the board for approval or at least have a committee of you guys that are long timers and have followed this company decide what would be best.
