Schwab and Fidelity do not know what DTCC means. You may be trading with a very small brokerage that does not have the correct info...

If you need help getting with a tier 1 brokerage let me know I might be able to help you get approval of you have good credit history. Or at least point you in the right direction... Let me know if you need help!
