Sort of like the LOI RM PR promotion released on 11/30/2011. No mention of the actual "company" name.

Aaron created BG Medical Technologies Inc. in Nevada on 12/5/2011 and the "huge RM" is announced in a fluff PR to be promoted and the PR is released on 1/9/2012.

Same old penny stock scam, "Create" and "acquire" or "RM" or "LOI"
to "increase shareholder value" but what these tricks do is give insiders shares for vote control to approve things like salaries/benefits for insiders, AS increases, RS and anything else put to shareholders for a vote. When approving the above tricks, "shareholder vote" is never needed because they are passed by the "majority shareholders by written consent."
There are examples of this at the SEC before RIGH stopped filing with the SEC.
