My comment about uplisting was only my opinion for a question regarding what is best for the company. I personally would like to see a partial buy back, 1:10 R/S, and audited fins in 2013.

Dilution, racing, fake or misleading prs.... Racing is about the only concrete example we can confirm and I don't like how much money is spent on it, but I'm not the CEO and must trust BW knows what he is doing or I wouldn't have invested into this company. His racing hobby has been old news since the beginning.

KU is a good product, but I don't believe BW or all the other stakeholders ie Walmart Sherwood Dist would be in business with BW if they couldn't make money off of it.
