The EUC would never let it happen.

Not to mention it just does not make sense, I could see INTC and ARM in cross licensing talks to avoid costly litigation between themselves in the future. Apple may have won round one in the US, but it could easily lose round two in asia(against Samsung) or euroupe( against nokia or siemans), the law is very much subject to local interpretation.
