ER = (total price change for period) / (sum of absolute price changes for each bar)
but why bother...its the 20,1 stochastic on 60 minute...or the %B.
And %B would still lead since it's =price...
3,2 BB just to Isolate price to compare with 3,1 stochastic and over lay on the 20,2 doubleBB
