I think FINRA did not allow the dividend to happen after they created the new share class. The SEC gave them the go ahead though.

I find it hard to believe that the company gives you an answer like that....

I have to say the idea that you dont care if the company does what they say does not lend any strength to your argument that the PRs say they are doing anything.

So I am just supposed to take the opinion of a person who thinks hemp beer is crap and pot brownies taste like old diapers, even if they never tried either....
