If you are a new investor taking a look at RENU, you must discard all information prior to July 1, 2012. Instead, research Team Energy Inc, and it's CEO Don Wood. Mr. Wood "took over" this company around that time and is now the sole responsible individual, and his business and business model is the "new" RENU.

There is a lot of history with the "old" RENU, but it is being dealt with and we are currently awaiting a status report and financials.
