I'm merely showing concrete evidence of a former MIKP employee who was so repelled by this company that he got out of his chosen field (entertainment promotions) during his tenure at MIKP.

According to the former employee (who incidentally left a link on his IH personal page to the SEC complaint dept.) he felt compelled to move away from family and friends, and even change his own name.

Does that tell you anything? Does it suggest that everything is on the "up and up" at MIKP HQ?

I can also tell you that I exchanged several emails with said employee, despite his former 'loathing' of me while still working for MIKP (check his posts here). I can also tell you that at the same time I exchanged several emails with Mr. Newbauer. Mr. Newbauer will be able to confirm these facts.

Why am I the only one who appears not to be surprised that MIKP was 'taken down' by the SEC?

I think Mr. Newbauer may find himself in other legal troubles moving forward.


As for Kop; I was actually trying to convey to him the need to publicly wash his hands of this mess, as I think he was led down the garden path.
