Someone on here was going to run the "MSLP case" by their attorney friend last week. I can't recall who it was, or if they ever got back to the board. Anyone know? I, and many here, dropped a huge amount more with the last intentionally misleading news on end of toxic financing, buy back, restructuring of compensation and bonus plan to be more fair which was to be formulated by a third party based on industry standards (these compensation and bonus plans are no where near industry standards for a company which isn't CFP), etc. All things stated went the opposite way. It was all clearly a fraudulent purposefully calculated plan to trap more investors into more dilution, and I don't see how a court would see what has happened as anything less than fraud. If dilution begins again, we should take action and not let them roll over us so easily. That doesn't happen to me. If it wasn't for us early investors, MusclePharm wouldn't be in existence, and certainly nothing that it is now.
