Restrictions are always an effective control mechanism ...... but I'll pass along some advice from an experienced trader who mentioned using TD for long or conventional investments and E-Trade for the penny plays ..... not a single word yet from E-Trade about DC chill and I've got a few lemons ...... Why would that be ? ...... you need an initial 25K to get loads of free trades for the first month ...... the DC rap sounds like double-talk to me ...... I followed the old guy's advice ...... and so far ..... so good ..... enjoy your free trades while they last .....
