Reports indicate a self-imposed timeline for the Court opinion to be delivered within a 60 day window ..... which means by December 16, 2012 ..... unless Scrooge wins the day ..... Any surprise can happen at Christmas ..... We all know that ..... but who really knows how the big dogs play the game? ..... we are bound to wait ..... and imagine .....
