OK--I am going to ramble a bit here in response to BN's panic about what has happened and is happening to the shareprice of our stock.

And not to play down or make mock of the panic. Because losing money, and losing money "on paper" is every bit as real as losing it into the ocean. It is gone. In this case, it MAY come back but it could even get worse.

First of all, I don't know BN's age or his (her?) earning capacity. And I don't know just how much money we are talking about. And I don't really need to know If BN is realitively young and still has an earning capacity, THIS MONEY CAN BE REPLACED. You can earn it back EVEN IF you loose it.

If BN is older or retired and is living off his assets, that is a problem but only if he put a whole lot into this stock.

And I could go into a rant here about the wisdom of putting too much money into any one stock--let alone a micro cap like this one--but it seems to be a little too late for that

So--BN--depending on your personal circumstances--this may not be the tragic loss that you are creating in your mind.

Secondly, USGIF is an honest company--it is not "fly by night". Some here bemoan the options and the salary paid to executives but that is pretty much standard thoughout the whole business community. They are actually mining and producing a product.

Last quarter was actually pretty good in its results.

USGIG is dependant upon its production and the execution thereof. It is also highly dependant on the price of precious metals. Today, our stock is down three pennies but only on volume of less than 2000 shares. The POS is down $.20. Nobody has a reason to buy this stock but hardly anyone has a reason to sell. And much of that has to do with booking losses to offset profit elsewhere.

A "problem" that few of us have!

I have been a lot unhappy with a lot of things about the Company. But it is performing much like the other precious metals miners. If it was going down in shareprice with all of the others going up, then I would be worried. Or if it was declining on heavy volume, then I would be worried.

Not that I am not worried now since I, too, have a huge pending loss in this Company. But you gotta remember that there is a whole world out there to enjoy and we do not have that many precious days to enjoy it. So my advice to BN, and maybe myself, is to not worry so much on a daily basis on this stock--stay off the computer--and get out of the house.
