What really confused me about PEIX this year is PEIX insider buying/selling.
More precisely the lack of insider buying/selling.
In 2010 the insiders sold shares all over the place.
In 2011 they were consistently buying.
But other then the stock awarded a few month back they have done nothing in 2012.
PEIX insiders are not known as good poker players something is up and they have known about it since March.

My guess whatever it is will be coming soon. Just an sumption based on the vote to increase the amount of shares for employees to 6M.
