To wit, the day you made this post, SUGO was pumped from sub penny to close at .025. Five trading days later, it went sub penny, and has never traded in the penny range since. By December, it was in the trips.......Since then, it has had two pumps, granted, and could have another. But it has only briefly gotten above the triple zeros.

Prior to their lame news of maybe getting something brewing in Africa, this was at no bid for months.

This has NEVER been anything but a share selling scam. Sure they did manage to pay for the CM leases..for a while till they couldn't make the lease payments, but they never got anywhere close to even doing any sniffing around, say with a geologist... the did pay for a report, which simply rehashed the old available data from the early work that was done.
