2 Hesg ..... very possible it looks like now.
If that is the case it explains a lot including the constant patrolling of the board there might be some sort of action being taken that would cause the illegitimate HESG to pay shareholders for all the shares they issued and repay the legitimate company as well.

I looked back at the PR stating that Scottrade and Etrade would allow sells but not buys I am guessing they had the phony shares that is why they freaked out and halted the stock.
HESG also stated that their attorney Michael Young was trying to get to the bottom of this but was having trouble.

So with that said if their were two HESG also that might explain why the TA Transfer Online was gagged I wonder what if anything they have to do with this since they technically issue shares.

That also might explain why different websites show a different share structure ???


So what does the 2 15D filed do ???

It gives the ticker HESG a chance to reconcile all this behind closed doors without having to report.

There were at one time 4 different business units of HESG the corporate oversaw the other 3.

What if the corporate and one of the business units used the ticker HESG or the name Health Sciences Group Inc.

That would allow people from the different units to have the authority to do business on behalf of HESG without each other necessarily knowing what the other was doing.

They would have had the authority to issue PR'S ,etc ect etc from 2 or up to 4 different entities all under the HESG ticker but being separate entities of the same company and that does not or may include the subsidiaries.

One thing someone is FREAKING OUT that this is not dead and has a chance to come back.

There may be more at stake than just short selling here or financial gain someone is trying very hard to save their azzz (S)????
