Good and bad....

I don't think HESG is still in MMJ.

I do think HESG is connected to SETY.

SETY acquired Zenetek right before they went dark but I think it was due to financials which had an error (a previous acquisition - Tranzistor - that had the deal recinded as per a clause right before the financials were released, causing them to get halted).... but there was some interesting things happening with the SS and ammount of trades.... may be waayyyyy oversold if yer pickin up what I'm layin down....

Anyways we know now that G. Smith is Gregory Smith, director of SETY who signed the HESG document a few days ago. Also the new HESG website which became active last month lists ties to Zenetek and shares pics matching Modiax's and Kaloca's (investor page) websites. It also lists Robinson To as the CEO of HESG on the new website and still shows him as the founder of Zenetek on their website.

Follow these companies through.... IT companies, news companies, car companies, tied to Kaloca (traded on Frankfurt exchange) .... and these span from California to Vietnam.....

Why on earth would they want HESG with 18+ billion??? :)
