I have to admit...you are probably the ONLY person that thinks swapping debt for shares is a bad idea for any company!! LOL!! I actually thought that was a misprint when you first brought it up but now I can only LMAO!

Next thing you have to ask yourself is WHY in the world would ANY debtholder accept shares instead of cash??? GEE...maybe because they think the shares will be more?? Why wouldn't the debtholder just force a BK???? Taking these worthless, overpriced shares instead of demanding cash????
