The details of the negotiations leading up to the deals (of both deals) are largely unknown to us.

If the details were known, I suspect it would reveal that the SRSR's approach is a lot more calculated -- and less haphazard -- than your posts suggest.

But, because such detail is not known, one cannot be absolutely certain (either way), which is my point.
