I read that differently. I highly doubt all future assays are going to be done in China. That would tremendously increase the exploration cost of the feasibility study.

In my opinion they are still doing their DD, and the bonus is that their work will count towards the feasibility study. I did not ready this as the start of the relationship. If they were in at this time they would have already committed to fund the project. They only hold the exclusive rights to the JV until Feb '13. They have not completed the JV at this time.
