Just had a thought, and I bet Trapper has the answer - what was the share price that BME received at that time? My memory is foggy to say the least and I do not remember any of the details of their agreement so if I am off base here, feel free to straighten me out. Sure would be convenience that we were sitting at that instead of .08 during all this now isn't it...
