That is really an interesting thought, no doubt that PCFG have handled things to their benefit through this whole thing but your statement makes one wonder that if they drove down price/closed up shop until this was over on purpose to show the courts it doesn't have the value BME was suggesting?

I do not have conspiracy theories that PCFG is actually doing great behind the scenes but doing this on purpose but it sure can't hurt to decide to not fix alot of problems while someone wants a piece of the pie...
