MNTA: Dew has mentioned May 2014 as a prospective launch date for m-Copaxone. However, Rick Shea said this at CS: "So again some news that we could potentially get there regarding the Copaxone patents. So again, that represents a solid opportunity for us and again even if we have to wait until September 2015, we believe it’s a substantial opportunity."
Is he speaking to the legal process, or, the Orange Book? That is a 1 1/2 year difference.
