As I've said before. People see in themselves what we see in them. The grander our vision, the greater their willingness to access and display that part of themselves we've shown them.

Of course there's a corollary to that in that we see in others what we choose to see. Perhaps Olaf has not changed at all and we are beginning to see a more complete picture of him.
