Your not paying attention to what has gone on here.

It is not Scott or SRSR who is moving slowly. Scott for better or worse would have signed with HKHE last November if they would have.

He also would have closed with this group in September or October if they would have.

The issue isn't at our end its on the money's end.

Doesn't mean much of what you say isn't true but your making it out that we are moving slowly out of choice.

It is the Chinese who despite having the opportunity to own 51% didn't. Hopefully it's nothing but a delay and certainly there is the benefit that they are paying for the process testing whether the close or not.

However it's not the same as removing any doubt and actually closing they had the opportunity to close and finalize the deal and choose to ask for an extended due diligence period instead. To me that says there was an issue, maybe a solvable one or a minor one but something caused them to not choose to close!
