Amarant Mining Ltd largest owner in Mineral Invest (publ.) - final transaction concluded today

"The acquisition between Amarant Mining Ltd. and Mineral Invest is completed according to agreement and thus Amarant is the new major shareholder in Mineral Invest. The deal follows the decision taken at the Extraordinary General Meeting held in Mineral Invest on 28th September 2012. Amarant Mining has today acquired 478 240 226 new shares in Mineral Invest International MII AB (publ), which in turn acquires all shares in Ghana Gold Ltd."
