That is not proof anymore than a chart or prior PPS is proof of future PPS. The past gives insight to the future but is absolutely not a definitive predictor. With the increased suspensions, it is guaranteed at some point that stocks begin to come back. KMAG could be the first or maybe MIK* or GTG* or all three, who knows. But you certainly know nothing more than the rest of us.
