In the last 10-K filing, AAPT reported TWO employees, Barry/Lisa.

Now there may be three or four. I believe EVERYONE else is subcontracted including the "accountant" type person and Joel.

Makes sense for AAPT to do things this way. Barry/Lisa have better control and can issue stock in lieu of cash, etc., plus with the payroll tax LIENS growing.....On the flip side, since the IRS is already involved, they will look at the 1099 people and review the subcontractor or not rules (if they haven't already). The "accountant" here knows this, but he'll dodge that issue for sure!

I believe that any/all of the AAPT Kansas people are either subcontracted or temps. MAYBE one or two are sublet from either Olsen (the lessor) or CJ Foods who has a facility north of Kansas City.

Why do I say this?......I'm still unable to find ANY Kansas SOS business registration AS REQUIRED by the State under ANY of entity names listed in the SEC filings. If they register, that opens the door for payroll filings (see my tax comments above), sales tax issues, Kansas State tax filings, insurance stuff, etc. By they way, I see nothing in Nebraska either.

Earth to "accountant".
