ARCA is not showing a true ASK size. They are not showing how many shares they really have to sell. When an MM does that out of nowhere, Imo they may may be getting shares from a private seller; I.E. a financing body who has gotten shares to loan money to a company. Especially since they haven't been on the bid buying shares
