Yeah I didn't write that quite right. I meant as far as the bank draft, that is still on court. The ring? Not sure about that one.

As far as things getting better, I say that because being personally involved in bringing in some clients to MMR, I can see first hand that the tide is starting to change to where people are becoming more and more intent on getting all electronic by 2014. I didn't really see that at all late last year and most of this year. And I don't need to read company pr's to know this. Like I said I see it with my own eyes. I hear what the people are saying.

FYI still hopeful on the race horse side of things. I have made some good headway there with a couple racing commissions.

The fitness/gym side of things is also something that has a lot of potential as well.
