Noteworthy is the cash poisition, seeing how they waited with that to me its plausible that they might be in a position to strike a deal upon proof of a working commercial 100 meter line.

Especially when considering the comments on strong interest from multiple companies in the industry. A joint venture, business loan or deal with partial pre-payment are all poissible.
