These Chinese low-floaters get hot every now and then. HEAT ran (before it was delisted) from something like .85 to $10.00 in a couple of days. I watched SCOK run from $3.00 to $50.00 .... if this wasn't a low floater, the stock would almost surely have traded down, but people see this revenue and don't understand the real story. It's an okay story, but there's much much better out there.
